1) What is ClubSy?

ClubSy is a platform to manage clubs, teams, events, attendance, and internal communication.

2) How do I create an account?

You can sign up from the initial screen using email (and/or phone, if enabled), complete your profile, and verify your access.

3) How do I join a club?

You can receive an invitation from a club via link or token. After accepting it, your profile is linked to that club. If you signed up without a direct invitation, you can request approval to link your profile to your club from your profile settings.

4) How do I change my language?

Go to Settings > Language and select your preferred language.

5) How do I update my profile information?

From My Profile, you can update your name, photo, and other allowed fields.

6) What if I forgot my password?

On the login screen, use Reset password and follow the instructions sent to your email.

7) What user roles are available?

Roles (for example: player, coach, management, staff) depend on each club configuration.

8) Can I belong to more than one team?

Yes, if the club allows it and assigns multiple memberships to your account.

9) How do I report an issue or contact support?

Use Report issue inside the app or contact official support:

10) What devices are supported?

ClubSy is available on mobile platforms and may include additional platform support depending on the published version.
